Machine Tool Sales Engineer

Electrical Engineer

Job responsibilities and job responsibilities

1. Responsible for machine tool electrical technical solutions, developing electrical products, improving electronic components, electronic products, and systems;

2. Configure electronic and system products according to customer needs, and develop budgets;

3. Carry out electrical design modifications, technical reviews, and other work, improve, coordinate, and provide technical guidance for existing products, and improve product structure;

4. Participate in the research and trial production of new products and new functional electrical components, apply for new products, and participate in other project reviews;

5. Timely keep original records, organize and archive technical documents, summarize technical experience, and promote knowledge sharing;

6. Cooperate with relevant departments to carry out market development, technical transformation, procurement consulting, quality inspection, and provide relevant technical support;

7. Assist production units and outsourcing units in solving technical problems during the production process, and improve on-site production efficiency;

8. Conduct non forming product nonconformity review and propose technical solutions;

9. Participate in skill training for product development personnel in electrical design, participate in writing and revising textbooks and lectures, and improve the technical level of employees and external stakeholders;

10. Collect information on the use of products among users, continuously improve and enhance the quality of product design;

11. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Automation Mechanical Engineer

Job responsibilities

1. Design, review, and implement non-standard project plans as required;

2. Responsible for the specific mechanical design, drawing, BOM, and equipment operation manual of the project in accordance with the design specifications;

3. Technical support related to equipment installation and debugging;

4. Collaborate with electrical engineers to complete the electrical design of non-standard equipment;

5. Organize, track, solve and improve equipment issues reported by the workshop in a specific manner;

6. Compile the outline design, technical review, and organization of technical documents for non-standard automation development projects;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirement

1. At least 3 years of experience in designing and developing non-standard automated machinery;

2. Having relevant experience in designing automation equipment mechanisms, able to independently complete the selection of standard equipment components and the design of non-standard mechanisms;

3. Having good innovation and learning abilities;

4. Having good ability to analyze problems and guide project improvement;

5. Able to lead the analysis and improvement of automation equipment anomalies, continuously improve and enhance efficiency, and estimate hardware costs;

6. Having good interpersonal communication skills;

7. Proficient in using solidworks, Atuo CAD, and office software;

8. Serious and responsible in work, rigorous and meticulous, with good team spirit and communication skills.

Product Quality Manager

Job responsibilities and job responsibilities

1. Develop and implement product quality control plans to achieve the quality objectives of the products under their jurisdiction;

2. Participate in maintaining and supervising the operation of the quality system, organize and manage internal quality audits;

3. Monitor the process status, identify the impact of changes in process parameters on the product, and demonstrate the rationality of the settings;

4. Organize a quality control plan based on the overall quality status of the company, monitor the entire product quality (claims, returns, monitoring, etc.);

5. Regularly evaluate the solved processes or control plans;

6. Specify product quality inspection standards, product information feedback, and statistical processes;

7. Handle customer feedback and improve quality control based on feedback;

8. Summarize product quality issues and promote timely resolution by relevant departments;

9. Host to discuss inspection and shipment review work;

10. Assist in tracking product usage and provide improvement suggestions

Mechanical Process Engineer

1. Assist sales in providing technical and process planning support for customer product processing processes;

2. Responsible for customer processing solutions;

3. Continuously learning and fully understanding mechanical processing technology; Find more processing paths and methods;

4. Assist in the development of new products for technology and their impact on the process and improvement;

5. Assist the quality department in conducting process improvement analysis of company products;

6. Responsible for providing technical process, processing, and programming training to customers;

7. Responsible for coordinating the trial cutting and machine application of new products and models, and providing application and trial cutting process evaluation reports;

8. Responsible for the trial processing verification of individual machines before leaving the factory;

9. Complete technical contracts, select tooling and molds for machining of automated production lines, and review and confirm processing processes and plans;

10. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
